ADBYTES has been part of the Adbytes platform for years. Now, for the first time, the project has a formal whitepaper explaining how its platform, token, rewards, redemption, burns, and staking are designed to fit together. And there’s a new public way to acquire ADBYTES: ADBYTES Bonds.
One purchase can do more than deliver tokens. You choose immediate delivery or a discounted vesting schedule, receive a transferable NFT receipt for the allocation, and direct 30% of the payment into permanently locked Uniswap liquidity. The sale runs through public smart contracts on Base, with source code you can inspect and verify yourself. No private allocation desk. No special price for insiders. No pitch meeting.
The whitepaper is finally here
The ADBYTES Whitepaper lays out the bigger picture: Adbytes as a crypto advertising and media platform; how publishers and other participants can earn ADBYTES; how tokens can be redeemed for platform services; and how redemption and permanent burns connect token use to the platform’s economy. It also covers supply and allocation, reward design, staking, liquidity, and the assumptions and risks behind the model.
This isn’t a promise that the project will succeed. It’s the first formal, detailed map of what we’re building, how the pieces are intended to work together, and what still has to go right. Read it, question it, and make up your own mind.
One token, three public paths
If you want ADBYTES, there are three straightforward ways to get it:
- Earn it through the platform, including through eligible publisher activity and other available earning features.
- Buy it on a decentralized exchange, using the live market and its available liquidity.
- Buy through ADBYTES Bonds, directly interacting with the public sale contracts on Base.
Those are different routes, with different prices, conditions, and risks. Bonds discounts are measured against the immediate Bonds sale curve, not against the DEX price. Check the actual quote in each market and decide for yourself. The Bonds sale has been funded with 200 million ADBYTES, the token-sale allocation described in the whitepaper.
Choose when your tokens arrive
The Bonds sale uses a curve: the quote changes as cumulative sales progress. For each purchase, you choose the amount of ADBYTES and one of four delivery schedules:
- Immediate: receive the tokens right away, with no vesting discount.
- 90 days: 15% off the immediate sale-curve price.
- 180 days: 30% off the immediate sale-curve price.
- 540 days: 60% off the immediate sale-curve price.
The discount is the trade-off for waiting. With a vesting schedule, the allocation unlocks continuously over the selected period. You can claim tokens as they become available; you don’t have to wait until the final day to claim everything.
Every purchase also creates a Bond NFT. Think of it as a transferable receipt for that purchase and, when applicable, its remaining token claim. If you transfer the NFT, the remaining claim goes with it on the original schedule. The clock doesn’t restart, and tokens already claimed don’t come back. Immediate-delivery purchases also create an NFT receipt, already fully claimed.
“Bonds” is the name of this purchase program. It is not a promise of debt repayment, interest, company equity, profit, or a future token price.
Every sale adds permanent liquidity
Each completed Bonds purchase splits its USDC payment on-chain:
- 70% goes to the project treasury for platform development, operations, and marketing.
- 30% is used to add liquidity to the existing ADBYTES/USDC Uniswap v3 pool.
That contribution happens inside the purchase transaction. The contracts swap and pair the assets, add a full-range liquidity position, and send its NFT to a permanent locker. Nobody can withdraw the position or collect its fees. There’s no separate liquidity bot, no later processing step, and no discretionary decision about whether a particular sale contributes.
So every completed sale permanently adds to the on-chain pool where ADBYTES can be traded. That’s a lasting piece of market infrastructure, not a temporary liquidity deposit. It is not a price floor or a guarantee of deep liquidity, a buyer, or any particular sale price. Markets can still be volatile, and available liquidity can still be limited.
No private or insider deals. Full stop.
We do not do private ADBYTES allocations, negotiated insider pricing, OTC token-sale deals, side agreements, direct equity deals, or investor pitch meetings. There isn’t a better private route if you know the right person. There are no special terms hidden behind a call.
If you want ADBYTES, use the platform, the DEX, or the public Bonds contracts. That’s it. We want people to make their own decision from the public product, public information, verified contract source, and on-chain activity. If that isn’t enough for you to decide, don’t buy. We’re not going to try to talk you into it.
The Bonds program is permissionless while purchases are open and inventory is available: no application, invitation, or project-side approval is needed. As with any on-chain transaction, your wallet must still authorize the transaction, and USDC purchases may require a token allowance. The project can pause or close new sales under the contract’s administration; existing vesting claims remain governed by their on-chain schedules.
Read it. Inspect it. Decide for yourself.
Explore the ADBYTES Bonds dapp to see the current sale quote, schedule choices, contract addresses, and BaseScan source links. Read the ADBYTES Whitepaper for the wider platform and token model. Then compare the Bonds quote with the DEX and decide whether either route makes sense for you.
ADBYTES and Bond NFTs can lose value. There is no promise of profit, appreciation, or future liquidity. Smart contracts can contain bugs, and verified source code is not a guarantee of safety or a substitute for an independent audit. Review the contracts, addresses, transaction details, and risks before interacting.
No private allocation. No insider deal. No pitch meeting. Just public information, public contracts, and your own decision.
